Tomorrow is our school-wide wellness day, where we will attend wellness-based sessions throughout the day. Students do not need anything in particular for the day, but should come dressed to move and have fun.

Making Music
Dear fellow musicians,
When was the last time you videorecorded yourself playing? Perhaps some of you are more tech-savvy than I am, and have a little more experience with such things, but I can say that, for me, it was an eye-opening experience. I've recorded myself many times before in my little home studio, but I had no idea how many faces I made while playing, nor how many mistakes I would make, given that there was a camera watching me. While a useful exercise, pointing out technical errors and postural issues, it was also a humbling experience. Here are the few good clips that resulted from far too much time trying to get it right:
